Delivery

Being a relatively small business Alain Leathers is only able to hold limited stock of finished products.

Whilst we endeavour to fulfil orders as quickly as possible it is not possible to specify exact delivery periods for each product on our website as such would greatly depend on the “order book” at any given time. But as a general guide, we aim to deliver within four weeks from date of confirmed order.

Packaging and delivery charges within the UK are £5 for small items and £20 for Irvin style Flying Jackets, which includes insurance. For deliveries to elsewhere in the world, charges will be quoted upon request and specified on the confirmation of order.

All products despatched from Alain Leathers are delivered by DPD/Royal Mail using global tracking system whereby customers can, if required, monitor their consignments through to final delivery. Any problems encountered with the courier service will be handled by Alain Leathers directly with DPD/Royal Mail.

All products are insured up to the point of receipted delivery.
